| Fusillo Bench |
Conceived as a multiple seating structure, the bench aspires to facilitate interaction between users. Designed by Marco Goffi, its initial form referenced French traditional seating structures. It further evolved into a curvilinear element, growing organically through rotation and translation of the triangular section. The movement of the ‘roto-section” generates an organic shell with significant sculptural qualities.

Talita is a bench that can be installed either indoors or outdoors.
Since the beginning of the creative stage, two main aspects were considered: First, the main material of the bench need to be wood, and second, the design will create a human-nature relationship. This last aspect, trying to remind users that even in urbanized areas such as malls and parks in the middle of the city, as humans we are still part of nature. Talita was a semifinalist at the AHEC Design Awards 2011 - Mexico.
BAMscape is a free-form seating environment commissioned by the Berkeley Art Museum/Pacific Film Archive. As an open site for lounging, film screenings, live performance and multimedia events, BAMscape fosters the museum's direction for providing diverse event programming amidst its gallery spaces.
